@rootsandseedskitchengarden brings together a sustainable, home-grown and locally sourced dining hub to The Old Kennels in the heart of Cirencester Park, open in the daytime serving breakfast and lunch Monday – Sunday.
They’re latest dining event “small plates & wine” is running every Saturday evening from 5pm – 8pm, it’s a beautiful setting and perfect spot for a meet up with friends. If you’re looking for fresh, home grown food with a great wine list then this one’s for you!
WHAT WE ATE:
🌱 Caramelised garlic, spinach & ricotta gnocchi
🌱 Venison ragu, parpadelle pasta & Parmesan
🌱 Battered haddock, pea puree and warm tartar sauce
🌱 Ham & cheese croquettes, garlic mayo
🌱 Beef meatball stroganoff
🌱 Chocolate brownie & ice cream
The food was absolutely delicious, stand out small plates for us were the fish and chips (perfectly crisp batter and unreal tartar sauce!), the meat ball stroganoff (MOORISH as hell!) and the croquettes were 👌👌👌👌
